Lampi di stampa, by means of www.podeditori.it website, makes an on-line archive available to publishers to manage files, technical data, orders and invoices related to books distributed via E-POD.

E-POD orders are uploaded in the system through an automatic flow shared between the publishers and Rotomail Italia.

1. Subject of the Information

This notice relates to the processing of personal data of users who visit or register on the site www.podeditori.it.
The statement is provided pursuant to article 13 of the legislative decree No.196/2003 (code concerning the protection of personal data) and the provision of the authority for the protection of personal data of 8 May 2014, No.229.

The information is provided only for the site www.podeditori.it and not to other web sites accessed via links on the above site on which the holder has no control and assumes no responsibility. 3. Aims of processing

The processing of personal data - except for processing carried out through cookies (see section 7 of this statement) are provided voluntarily by users upon registration to the site –is designed to provide the services rendered or services requested by users through the site.

Data processing related to the web services of the site are carried out at the company headquarters of Lampi di stampa s.r.l. located in Vignate (MI), Strada Rivoltana (SP 14), 12/AB.
